How to make a return?
If you placed an order online and wish to return it, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the package.
Here’s how to proceed for orders placed before 09/09/2025:
- Contact our Customer Service to request the withdrawal Form.
Fill it out with the required information and include it in the package.
- Prepare the package by inserting the items you wish to return along with the completed withdrawal Form.
It is important that the products are returned in the same condition in which they were received: intact, unused, and sealed in their original packaging, complete with all components, manuals, tags, and/or labels.
If any of these conditions are not met, your return may not be accepted or the refund may be reduced based on the condition of the returned item.

Once we have evaluated the return conditions, you will receive a refund for the purchase price using the same payment method used during checkout, excluding return shipping costs.
Here’s how to proceed for orders placed starting from 09/09/2025:
- Select the order and the items you wish to return from your Order List.
- Follow the instructions, also selecting your preferred refund method, and prepare the package by including the items you want to return along with the provided Form.
It is important that the products are returned in the same condition in which they were received: intact, unused, and sealed in their original packaging, complete with all components, manuals, tags, and/or labels.
If any of these conditions are not met, your return may not be accepted or the refund may be reduced based on the condition of the returned item.
After evaluating the return conditions, you will receive a refund of the purchase price via the refund method selected during the return request submission, excluding return shipping costs.
❗Please note:
- You can return an online purchase by selecting the relevant order from your Order List, following the steps, and choosing the most convenient Boutique (among those offering the service) to drop off your return package.
- In case of withdrawal, exchanges or replacements for items ordered on Legami.com are not available.
Return for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
No problem! Our products are covered by a legal warranty of conformity for up to two years from the delivery date.

- Fill out the following Form indicating the order and the item for which you want to request support.
How to proceed for orders placed starting from 09/09/2025:
- Select the order and items you want to request support for from your Order List and fill in all the required fields.
❗Remember to take photos and/or videos of the item clearly showing the defect, and also provide the production batch code: this is an alphanumeric code printed on the packaging/label, consisting of 4 numbers, 4 letters, 4 numbers, and 2 letters.
This information is very important for us to carry out the necessary quality checks!
Your report will be reviewed and you will receive feedback as soon as possible. If the non-conformity is confirmed, a refund or replacement of the item will be possible. Otherwise, you will be informed of the reasons for the rejection.
❗Please note:
- Authorization to return the product does not constitute recognition of the product’s non-conformity. Refunds or replacements will be confirmed only after the appropriate quality checks have been performed.
- You may request a refund or replacement no later than two months from the discovery of the defect.
