Gift Card

The Legami Gift Card is an original gift idea!

Choose the amount you want (minimum €10 and maximum 300€) and give your loved ones the chance to choose their gift at our Boutiques or on Legami.com!

Type
You can purchase a physical Gift Card at one of our participating Boutiques. The Gift Card can be used both in-store (at participating locations) and on Legami.com.

Validity
The Legami Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Once expired, it cannot be extended, and any remaining balance will be lost. As an example, a Gift Card purchased on 16-12-23 will expire on 15-12-24.

Usage
The Legami Gift Card can be used on the Legami.com website and in all Legami Boutiques listed here, except for the stores in:
Alba, Asti, Biella CC Gli Orsi, Firenze CC San Donato, Marcianise CC Campania, Napoli Giordano, Novara, Pistoia, Pontecagnano CC Maximall, Roma Marconi, Taranto CC Porte Dello Jonio, Valmontone Outlet.

It can be used to purchase all available items in Legami Boutiques of the country of purchase, including books, and is valid in conjunction with ongoing promotions, up to the value of the card.
The Gift Card cannot be used for purchases from third-party retailers or to buy other Gift Cards.
Discount coupons and vouchers cannot be applied to the purchase of a Legami Gift Card.
At the time of purchase, the Gift Card can be loaded with any amount from €10 to €300.
The Legami Gift Card cannot be reloaded, resold, or converted into cash.
Items purchased using the Gift Card are subject to the same terms and conditions as items purchased with other payment methods.
If an item purchased with a Gift Card is returned, a store credit equal to the value of the returned item will be issued, with the same expiry date as the original Gift Card used for the purchase.
The Legami Gift Card can be used for multiple transactions until the full balance is spent. Remaining credit and the expiration date can be checked at any time in the Gift Card section by selecting the "Check Balance" option in your account or by asking any Legami Boutique staff.
It is possible to make purchases that exceed the Gift Card value by covering the difference with another accepted payment method.
The Gift Card is not nominative and can be used by the holder.
A maximum of 3 Digital Gift Cards can be used simultaneously for a single purchase.
The sale of Gift Cards is exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 2, paragraph III, letter A of Presidential Decree no. 633/72.
The purchase and use of the Legami Gift Card implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, published on the website and available at Legami Boutiques.

Activation
The activation code will be on the card, which will be automatically activated at the time of purchase in the Boutique.

Returns and Loss
The Legami Gift Card cannot be returned for a cash refund or credited back to a credit card. If the Card has any unused balance upon expiration, this value cannot be refunded.
In case of loss, theft, or damage (e.g., illegibility of the barcode or numeric code), the card cannot be blocked, refunded, or replaced.

Complaints
Any complaints regarding the use of the Legami Gift Card can be sent to Legami Customer Service through the online "Contact Us" Form.

Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards in Legami Boutiques; however, it is guaranteed under the usual legal terms for purchases paid for with the Gift Card.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms of use for the Legami Gift Card are governed by Italian law. The competent court for any disputes is the court of Bergamo.
